At the 127th AES Convention, NYC-based manufacturer Mytek Digital announced from its home base the new Stereo 192 DAC, a 192 kHz PCM and DSD digital-to-analog converter.
According to Mytek, the converter is capable of handling stereo PCM playback of up to 24-bit, 192 kHz and playback of DSD files with accuracy and transparency. With USB and FireWire connectivity and standard AES, S/PDIF, and Toslink inputs, the DAC is well-equipped to connect to everything in your studio.
