Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 Ships: Audio Interface Comes With Traktor 2 LE, Cubase 5 LE, And More
Equipped with six channels and ready to rip, the newly released Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 audio interface offers everything you need to record, play, and perform music live or in the studio.
The Komplete Audio 6 follows the Audio Kontrol 1, providing more connectivity, increased audio performance, a host of new features, and an included software package for music production and DJing.
The unit sports four analog ins and outs, digital S/PDIF stereo I/O, an integrated MIDI interface, and low-latency performance. Housed in a rugged metal casing, the audio interface also has two mic inputs armed with preamps, plus Cirrus Logic converters that are said to deliver pristine, transparent sound. According to NI, the audio interface is designed to be flexible, with plenty of options for connecting mics, guitars, MIDI instruments, or outboard gear.
The software package includes the Komplete Elements instruments collection, the entry-level DJ software Traktor 2 LE, the Steinberg Cubase 5 LE sequencer, and a $30 voucher for the NI Online Shop.
