Native Instruments Maschine Justifies An Epic Demo
May 06, 2009
Here at Gearwire, we are slowly redirecting ourselves back to the land of the Epic Demo. Native Instruments Maschine is a prime candidate for this trend, as the sheer volume of pads, effects and controls could easily overwhelm a mere mortal.
No mere mortal, Owen O'Malley braves the complexity and breaks it down for the rest of us back here on Planet Earth. Stay tuned for further installments of this demo series worthy of Homer! And not the one from Fox TV!
Visit Native Instruments' official website for more information.

Meh
I have one and it has NO MIDI OUT. Not in Maschine mode anyway.
So it's very useless if you ever plan on using a Vsti, AU or anything like that.
Do not waste your money like I did.
re: meh
You must be one absolutely blind son of a gun or just a bored liar if you didn't see the midi out plug at the back.you also have the usb plug. with those 2 if can't figure out how to control any vst au rtas virtual instrument you want then I don't know what can you do.
First poster is correct.
First poster is correct. Maschine has a midi out and usb but it doesn't transmit midi so its useless in a daw environment. N.I. has promised an update since I brought mine in April but 6 months later no update. This is made by M.I. strictly for loop producers ,dj's, and people who sample old records. This is not for a muscian and N.I. doesn't get it
