Designed and developed in collaboration with Richard Z. Kruspe (of the German industrial metal band, Rammstein), Native Instruments Rammfire features sounds based on the Pre-500 Dual Rectifier Amp and recording setup of Kruspe himself. Rammfire is a guitar amp emulation ideal for creating heavy room-filling riffs, fast attacks, and crunchy overdrive.

Said to unlock the secrets behind the iconic band's trademark sound, Rammfire has been released for use with the free Guitar Rig 4 Player and Guitar Rig 4 Pro / Essential.

Rammfire features a selection of authentic Kruspe sounds: a Rammfire amp, matched cabinet, and special version of the control room. The Control Room module offers the original channel strips to tweak the blend of different microphones, cabinets, and preamp settings, just like in Kruspe's real studio setup. Furthermore, Rammstein also comes with 21 Rack Presets plus 9 components specially designed for Guitar Rig 4 Pro.

Since the Rammfire amp and cabinet emulation is ready to use in the free Guitar Rig 4 Player, it also comes with Guitar Rig 4 Player's additional features in the Factory Selection, which provide creative, modular effects processing and more.

To make Rammfire, Kruspe's personal recording setup was studied and modeled using the original recording chain, including boutique studio gear, with close assistance from Richard Z. Kruspe. Every detail of his setup was re-created, a task that involved amp modeling, recording real impulse responses from his studio, and designing sounds for both the Matched Cabinet module and the rack presets.
