Noteflight Crescendo Online Music Notation Service Provides Web-Based Scoring Tools
Noteflight, LLC has launched its new Noteflight Crescendo online music-notation service. Crescendo takes the original Noteflight service to the next level and lets you write and share sheet music online in a social networking-style platform.
Noteflight Crescendo is a nice alternative to major desktop notation programs like Sibelius and Finale, since you can access the program and your saved work from any computer connected to the Internet. Crescendo offers an intuitive interface and a number of tools, including advanced collaboration, guitar tablature, optional rhythm notation, a Sonivox orchestral sound library, and more.
With the service's sharing permissions, you can decide which members of the Noteflight community can see your scores. You can also create musical templates for yourself or for others, or select from the service's set of stock templates for piano, string quartet, and so forth.
Subscriptions to Noteflight Crescendo are available for less than $5 per month. For more information, please visit noteflight.com.
