Make more music -- on your iPad -- with Notion Music's new app, which is aptly called Notion for iPad. The app offers just as good a features set as the original notation software, in a more compact, useful package. In addition, the app boasts a playback feature with real samples performed by The London Symphony Orchestra.  

Notion Music has issued Notion SLE, a special version of Notion3 scoring software designed not only to create music scores, but to play them back as realistically as possible with the sounds of Vienna Special Edition and Vienna Special Edition Plus orchestral collections.  

This fact is very simple: Hiring an orchestra is expensive. Getting them on tour with you is even a much bigger headache. Unless you've got sanctioned funding and the right connections to get a real orchestra, Notion Music NOTION3 makes for a good substitute that doesn't complain, doesn't eat, and doesn't need money.

Notion Music's Progression might scare guitarists away at first as notational software is quite an intimidating term for some. It's multitudinous features, ease of use and guitar effects capabilities make this software friendly for the notationally illiterate.
