Novation Automap 3 Makes It All Hang Together Rather Nicely

The newest version of Novation Automap -- Novation Automap 3 -- is one of those avuncular types of software that helps everyone in your session make nice. No arguing, no calling shotgun, no petty name-calling behind each other's back; it's all peaceful in here.
It follows, then that Novation Automap 3 Pro is like an avuncular type with a job (unlike, then, Uncle Buck). Novation explained to us the advantages of this non-free upgrade at Winter NAMM 2009.

automap has still a lot of bugs !
you get midi masseges on the keyboard down from C1 !
this works on Midi clients as well in plug in automap mode
in Logic and Ableton Live !
- in hui mode with logic:
no toggle between mix- and plug in- mode !
Vol feedback only from 0 to 127, not in db !
no feedback of the tracknames in logic !
no smpt or beat screening !
it is static, not editable !
is not useble !!

automap do not work with Cakewalk sonar 8
automap do not work with My cakewalk sonar 8 or 7...i have a novation remote SL , i i did not liked tha false advertising Novation do with Automap Sofware that come with the keyboard !! then i thought , okkk that why the Novation videos ar only with Ableton Live...anyone know a video with Novation Remote SL , automap , and Cakewalk sonar ..and WORKING ! Hey Novation guy , better not to lie , better tell that your products are Made for Ableton live !! its cost me alot of money the controlor..i thouhght..uau..all automatic, just need to chage the plugin..and...! Its not fair they Novation Lie !!!

Automap and Sonar 8
hey carlos,
i too been using Sonar for the past 12 years and was overcome by the Automap craze only to be quite disappointed as soon as i started it up...i will now give it a few more days trying it out with my SL MK2 which is really like a christmas tree full of red lights. Did you get any luck from your end trying to fix the problems and configuring it? And I wonder why there arent any downloadable user templates out there....ah well...i guess i would need to send this back and get a controller and configure it using ACT instead...we#ll see...
