New for DJs, the Numark MixTrack DJ software controller looks, works, and feels just like two touch-sensitive decks and a mixer. Using the MixTrack, you can get hands-on control over your software in a familiar layout.

The MixTrack has two deck controllers with large touch-activated jog wheels and transport controls, plus colored LEDs for Transport, Loop, and Effects buttons for quick referencing during performance onstage or in the studio. Located at the center of the MixTrack’s surface, the mixer section sports a smooth crossfader, line faders, deck EQs, and advanced controls for looping and effects. The new unit is portable too, so that you can grab it and a laptop easily and bring it from studio to gig and vice versa.

What's more, the MixTrack comes with Native Instruments Traktor LE software, a version of the DJ software based on Traktor Pro, made for mixing, remixing, and producing music. With Traktor LE, you get Beatgrid editing and saving with locked sync; manual looping and selectable loop length; and several effects per deck, including filter, delay, reverb ,and flanger. The MixTrack comes factory mapped for use not only with Traktor LE but also with Traktor Pro and Duo.

Full MIDI compliance allows the MixTrack to work with virtually any MIDI-mappable music software as well. The MixTrack connects to a Mac or PC as a class-compliant USB device, requiring no software drivers to work. To keep things light, the USB-powered MixTrack does not require an external supply either.
