Numark X5: Two-Channel Digital DJ Mixer Intro'd
DJ devotee Numark has announced its new X5 two-channel digital mixer at MusikMesse 2010. The X5 borrows the industrial design of the company's Serato Itch controllers and would be the ideal side-by-side complement to the V7 motorized turntable software controller, according to the manufacturer.
Though Numark would prefer that you fit the X5 between a pair of matching V7s, the X5 DJ mixer is compatible with all turntables, CD players, and other sources, not just Numark gear. The digital mixer has a rugged construction with durable knobs, buttons, and faders; what's more the mixer sports the CP PRO crossfader, just like the as NS7 motorized digital DJ controller.
As a 24-bit, high-res mixer, the X5 contains A/D and D/A circuitry, and look-ahead limiters at the master, booth, and headphone outputs for lossless, clip-proof audio. Additional features include a line-fader slope and reverse controls, channel Transform triggers, repositionable phono / line switches, three-band combination EQ on each channel, and mini-crossfader cueing control. Connections include balanced analog and S/PDIF optical and coaxial digital outputs.

i am a mobile dj and i am a numark fanatic,i have a numark ns7 and the only people who have it in kenya are very very few,and its not because they dont like its because they dont know it,i believe if u numark company can open a shop in kenya i know it will be an investment you will never forget,ns7s will go like hot cakes,ndx 800 will go like hot cakes,the v7 will literally kill people because of its coolness and my personal favourite,the ttx turntables,your prices can be afforded by very many people in east Africa not only Kenya,they just need to be informed just like in namm,where a DJ shows viewers how the equipment works and tours and events sponsored by numark at the same time advertising your products and i know i can do that very well,i study all your equipments via internet, i follow up on your new products every year,i have started this mobile DJ business at 24 years of age and i dont see my self ever using any other brand apart from numark,you are price friendly and the quality is 150% standard.
