PAUL CHASE: My name is Paul Chase. I was an art teacher and an artist for 35 years and retired from that, and then because of my guitar playing and passion for the guitar, I kind of just incorporated my art talent and abilities into the artist field and the guitar field, kind of combining those two: music and art.

Anyway that I can interpret the guitar into fine art piece of, you know, painting, drawings, painting on the guitars, doing fine art portraits of guitars, and, you know, kind of meeting that need that us guitar lovers have and music lovers for work, fine art work that correlates with the music industry, you know.

So, I’ve done portraits for, you know, some of the country music stars. I did Kenny Chesney painting on a guitar and Brad Paisley and a few other guys, and then, you know, just kind of branching off and adding some decorative stuff with it, you know, a little wine series, some flower series and everything. So, just kind of using the guitar as the main object of all the fine art I’ve been doing.
