Putting aside all forms of peace and love, Peace Love Productions has released Abrasion Tactics ($24.95), a collection of gnarled, jarring, bombastic, and heinous loops and samples created in collaboration with Studio Wormbone.

As the manufacturer notes, Abrasion Tactics' sounds are not for the weak of heart. Included in this collection are 30 damaged drum loops, 28 mutilated guitar and bass effects, 50 volatile synth effects, 36 brutish synth hits, 27 striking synth loops, and 14 deformed vocal effects. This PLP Enhanced Pack (EP) series loop kit offers one shots and MIDI files as well.

All sounds were created using plugins and boutique hardware signal processors, and are available in 24-bit, 44.1 kHz stereo, in ACIDized WAV, Apple-Looped AIFF, and ReCycle REX2 formats.
