Phonic Firefly 808 Now Shipping, Vista Support Included

asking about phonic firefly 808 usb driver for windows 7
i've been installed phonic firefly 808 usb driver in my pc.. my computer using windows 7 as the operating system.. but it can't work properly.. i was downloaded the newest version from phonic's website but it still can't working properly.. can you give me some advice to solve my problem? i'm waiting for the answer. thanks.
