Peace Love Productions / Synthvox Remix Cling's "Yours" Contest: Oh Man, You're Too Late*
This just in: J. Irving-Giles wins yet another contest!!!** The Peace Love Productions / Synthvox Remix Cling's "Yours" Contest official commenced yesterday, and they sent out an email about it today, and Cling recorded the song in early 2007, but that didn't stop our man Giles from winning that iPod touch WELL OVER THREE YEARS AGO.*** You've got get up pretty early in the morning to win a contest before J. Irving-Giles.
Of course, if you had been reading this yesterday, but also in a dimension where J. Irving-Giles didn't automatically win every contest, the following information would have been pertinent:
Peace Love Productions/Synthvox announces the Cling "Yours" remix contest. This contest is an opportunity to remix Cling's new single "Yours" The best remix wins some great prizes and the opportunity to be included on an upcoming Cling remix digital EP and remix collection CD.
Prizes include:
- Apple iPod 8 gb Touch
- Sony Sound Forge 9
- Remixes released worldwide
- 1 PLP download of choice
Instructions:
- Go to PLP's sister site Synthvox.com
- Sign in or register
- Download the samples
- Upload your 128kb .mp3
- Post a download link in the Synthvox forum OR use the Soundcloud drop box
- Make sure to include your Synthvox user name in the file name of your remix so we can locate you

Odd, that report... It's odd because crashtv won that remix competition on November 18th 2008. Obviously that was by using a flexible universe as did J.I.G.
So far J.I.G and crashtv are the only winners of one prize but at two different points in the contium. If our iPods ever meet, the entire universe might cease to exist.
Winning competitions by such dastardly bending of physics is not ideal. Still, a win is a win. Our winning remix is here:
