Precisionsound expands its drums and percussion sample sets beyond its borders to introduce the Ethno Percussion series. The first volume is called DAF, which is named for the drum that was sampled in this library.

From the Precisionsound website:

The DAF is a Middle Eastern frame drum, a percussion instrument with a very distinctive sound. This library is our first release in the Ethno Percussion Collection series where we have focused on making very detailed single shot percussion libraries for your own playing and programming.

Several layers (up to 8 layers per sample) allow a real true and natural response to key playing, with the finest palette of nuances at your disposal.

The library will be available as a soundfont, Halion 1 or 2, and Kontakt 1 or 2 formats.
