PreSonus / Nimbit Partners, Offers Free Marketing, Sales, And Distribution Platform To Studio One Users
Studio One users can now create, promote, sell, and distribute their music through PreSonus and Nimbit's integrated, direct-to-fan marketing, sales, and distribution platform.
Thanks to its partnership with Nimbit, a direct-to-fan platform for music businesses the world over, PreSonus has made Nimbit's promotional and marketing materials available to all registered Studio One Artist and Studio One Pro users. Through Nimbit, Studio One users can promote their music, grow their fan base, and sell their music and merchandise online.
Starting Thursday, January 13, 2011, all registered Studio One Artist and Studio One Pro users can get a free Nimbit account, which includes the capability to sell digital music on Facebook, MySpace, NimbitMusic.com, and the user's own Web site. The Nimbit account also gives Studio One users the Instant Band Site plugin for WordPress (for creating artist Web sites) and real-time fan activity and sales reports. All account features are accessible from a central dashboard.
Wait, there's more -- all registered Studio One users are eligible for an exclusive, discounted upgrade to NimbitIndie ($9.95 per month or $99 per year, instead of $12.95 per month), which adds the following extended fan marketing and sales capabilities:
- The selling of digital music, CDs, merchandise, and eTickets on the artist's Web site, Facebook page, and MySpace page
- Warehousing, inventory management, and fulfillment of physical goods
- Distribution to iTunes, Amazon, eMusic, Rhapsody, and Napster
