Prophet Remote Keytar Proves That You're Never "Too Old To Rock and Roll", Though Quite Possibly "Too Young To Die"

October 01, 2008
Prophet Remote Keytar Ad Reminds Us That Its Never Too Late

A wise flautist once said of an aging rocker that he was, "Too Old To Rock and Roll, Too Young To Die." This ad from Sequential Circuits also proves this, and also proves that the seventies rock world could not escape the influence of J.R.R. Tolkien.

Note the choice of font and compare to the 1978 poster below*. Coicidence? I think not. All I know is that I would betray my traveling companions to a giant arachnid to get my hands on one of these babies.

*note the similarities in font, random fantasy fog, and seventies big hair.
