Digidesign Pro Tools 7.4.2pr: Leopard Compatible Pre-Release Version Of Pro Tools Spotted
Digidesign has good news for registered Pro Tools users who also run Leopard. They have made a pre-release version of Pro Tools available that boasts expanded capability with Mac OS X 10.5.3.
The pre-release, otherwise referred to as Pro Tools 7.4.2pr software, hasn't been fully tested, but if you live by the seat of your pants and want to begin moving to Leopard before Digidesign releases the full version, by all means do so. Just don't say that we didn't warn you in the event of a catastrophe.
The pre-release is only available as a download, and it isn't compatible with any version of Leopard appearing before 10.5.3. For the free download, you must be a registered user of Pro Tools 7.4. Pro Tools LE users will need their authorization code and Pro Tools|HD or M-Powered users will need their iLok authorization.

Hey I bought the MBOX 2 with pro tools 8 excpet I have a 10.4.6 osx so it doesnt work BUT I was able to get Pro Tools 7.4 I need teh authorization code I tried calling apple telling them what happened they didnt give a shit and the pro tools code doesnt work with my working 7 version. you need to get the email from protools and than use the new code they give you. i have all the codes you need, let me know if you have any problems.

I can't believe how hard it is to find the authorization code
I had this installed but when I upgraded from Tiger to Leopard I lost everything and had to install everything again, but now I can't run Pro Tools 7.4.2.
I don't have an account with Digidesign since I got my software from a friend, and I need Pro Tools working so I can pass my classes. Please, if anyone could share their code, it would be greatly appreciated.
