Puremagnetik B-System: Atmospheres Released For Kontakt, Live, Renoise, Logic
When it comes to Puremagnetik's latest release, "B" is for Buchla -- Puremagnetik has released B-System: Atmospheres, a collection of 17 advanced Instrument Racks recorded from an original Buchla 200e. This instrument collection is now available for users of Ableton Live 8.2.1, Native Instruments Kontakt 4, Renoise 2.7, or Apple Logic 8.
Not familiar with the Buchla 200e? Designed by electronic music pioneer Don Buchla and built by Buchla and Associates, this modular analog synthesizer includes several modules that roughly correspond to the canonical analog synthesizer's ones, including an envelope generator, voltage controlled oscillators and filters, ring modulator, and LFO. Puremagnetik's Instrument Racks capture the best of what the Buchla 200e has to offer.
B-System Atmospheres for Ableton Live contains a collection of 17 advanced Instrument Racks including 14 multisampled synth pads. What's more, the Live version also offers three textural arrays of expressive evolving atmospheres. According to the maker of the collection, all instruments have been expertly crafted by Puremagnetik sound designers to integrate seamlessly into Live.
The Kontakt, Logic, and Renoise versions of B-System Atmospheres come with 17 multisampled instruments that integrate easily into your chosen host. For Kontakt users, each instrument has been uniquely programmed with a custom KSP GUI for instant tweakability. Likewise, Logic and Renoise instruments have been Natively constructed from scratch to ensure maximum playability and expressiveness on each platform.
Puremagnetik B-System: Atmospheres features:
- Over 150 long evolving 24-bit Buchla 200e samples
- 17 Expertly programmed instruments with integrated Macros and effects
- 3 Textural arrays of 200e modulations and polyphonic voicings
- Custom Kontakt KSP GUI and Native Kontakt effects
- Requires Ableton Live 8.2.1, Kontakt 4, Renoise 2.7, or Logic 8
