Quasimidi Rave-O-Lution 309: Adding Delay To Your Beat
Using the Rave-O-Lution 309, Jason Donnelly by day, DJ Puzzle by night is able to apply a delay effect onto his Rave-O-Lution beat. The process is very quick and intuitive, and as Puzzle displays, you can really control every facet of your beat directly from this box.
JASON DONNELLY: Adding effects is pretty easy. Just hit your edit button and scroll through to the effects 1. Effects type we have a room 1 reverb. I want to scroll through a delay, and then there’s your effects level 80%, time 120, feedback, let’s turn that down a little bit, let’s say 40, and then hit exit. Scroll to your left, go to your mix. Effects send 1, we’ve already selected our synth bass, so make sure the select button is lit under the bass lead synthesizer. Effects 1 is send, crank up the mix, let’s play that so you can hear.

I’m going to add a little more feedback to trip it out.

So there you have a basic pattern with a hard house beat and with 303 synth bass line on the Rave-O-Lution 309 by Quasimidi. This is Jason Donnelly with Gearwire.Com.
