October 07, 2007
RODE M3

Australian mic-makers RODE are pleased to display the M3 microphone at AES. The M3 is a studio and location multi-powered condenser microphone. What does that exactly mean? First of all, its a condenser microphone that doesn't necessarily need Phantom Power as long as you've got a 9V battery.

The M3 is very versatile as well and can be used in your home studio, on location, or basically anywhere. It features low-noise and wide response and it has a cardioid polar pattern.
