I would like to know the approximate cost of this FR 7 V-Accordion and the availability details, especially in California or other parts of US.

Hi, I bought my FR-7 from Walter Ostanek up here in Canada. It was $6000 Cdn, which would be more like about $5,800 US right now based on the exchange rate. Recommend you go for the better FR-7 as it has the built in speakers so that you can play it for small groups without any extra amplification. One charge lasts for about 6 hours. I have had the accordion for about 7 months right now and still love it. Do a google search. The big requirement that Roland has for a sales rep is that they must be Roland and also understand accordions. So not all Roland outlets have them. Best of luck, Joe

I own an FR3s.
It is lighter and does basically everything the
FR7 does without the extra 10 lbs weight.
Makes a nice stroller accordion.
only missing 2 lowest notes and 2 highest.
37 keys which is a neg. IMO
BUT nonetheless has all the different accordion sounds one would need or want and also not as many but enough of the important concert instrumental sounds as well.
IT is also a LOT cheaper than the FR7 !!!

I recieved the accordian and played it for 8hrs that day and i was disappointed that the battery ran out i didn't recieve the 19plug for it so that was the only way i could play with it. Its an amazing accordian i would recommend it to the best out there the price is very reasonable considering its capabilities so go and get one because you really don't know what your missing.I'm already pumped about the fr-7x i'm considering in buying that one to.
