Sabian Xs20 is the Same Bronze in a More Cost Effective Model
The Sabian Xs20 is not a poor man's cymbal, but it is a cymbal that a poor man could ostensibly buy. Regional Manager Greg Zeller from Sabian tells us that this is due to the unique casting process that Sabian uses, one that takes quality bronze and forms it into the Xs20, something both affordable and not bad sounding at all.
Greg also notes that the low price doesn't mean low quality. Like Sabian cymbals all the way up the line, if your playing Sabian with your kit, they'll stand behind your cymbal choice with a two year warranty. Unfortunately, they won't literally stand behind your kit and reassure you by giving you high fives after awesome fills. Just imagine you're getting high fives in spirit. That's nearly as good, right?
