Shure KSM27: Its Mom Calls It A "Price-Performance" Champ!

Like favorite son's younger, oft-looked-over sibling, the KSM27 might be thought of as a down-market KSM44, but it's still a unique and valuble studio mic in it's own right. It even features the same diaphragm construction as the KSM44, albeit in a more standard, single-diaphragm design.
Tim Vear from Shure describes the KSM27's role in the studio context, and how it complements and differs from the KSM44. Josh, in response, cracks wise about monster trucks . . . again!
