Isn't it annoying when you try to record from your M-Audio preamp into your audio interface and you are given unhelpful input source names as "ASIO 1/2" or "ADAT 5" when you set up your track? The latest versions of Sonar offer up a means to make these names more descriptive of what you are actually plugging into your interface. In this video you will see how to set up this feature as well as turn it off in a pinch. Make sure to keep checking back here at Gearwire for more screencast featuring the latest and greatest features of Cakewalk's flagship program Sonar.
