Andrew from Sonivox shows off his baby, the Sonivox Playa Hip-Hop Virtual Instrument. Playa is a combination of a virtual instrument and a sound library. It will also make your breakfast, do your taxes and shop for healthcare benefits for your posse.  

Jason Jordan of Sonivox talks about and aptly demonstrates the subtleties of the Sonivox Eighty-Eight Virtual Piano. Close your eyes and you will think you are in a concert hall (except for the fact you can hear people trying to get Corey Feldman's autograph in the background).  

SONiVOX isn't farting around this year at Winter NAMM 2009. They come out strong with SONiVOX Playa, a virtual hip hop instrument that's looking for virtual street cred, which unfortunately isn't redeemable for actual street cred.  

In a promotional campaign that it unabashedly calls "aggressive," SONiVOX is rolling out its new "DVI" (Downloadable Virtual Instruments) and offering free trial versions of every single one of the fifty-seven plugins available. BTW, SONiVOX says that this is only the "first batch"; the "New Batch" will feature a plugin wearing a pinstripe suit and speaking with an English accent.  

SONiVOX Anatomy is a very interesting set of sounds all emanating from every human noise you can think of. We're not talking about simply vocals, here. Use your imagination, and keep in mind you can edit parameters.
