Specimen Super-Luddite Proves That Living In the Past Can Have Its Benefits

We return once again to the always fascinating Specimen Guitar Shop to check out their latest creation, the Super Luddite. While the Luddite itself was a return to the basics of guitar making (and modeled off of 1920s parlor guitars), the Super Luddite takes that a step further. By combining the structural integrity of the Luddite with three pickups and a chambered body, the Super-Luddite promises sonic possibilities not possible with its predecessor.

Ian Schneller, guitar guru and owner of Specimen Guitar Shop, walks us through his latest creation.
