SPL Vitalizer Analog Code Plugin: Based On Hardware Vitalizer MK2-T

November 18, 2009
SPL has introduced its Vitalizer Analog Code plugin based upon the Vitalizer MK2-T hardware unit.

Revitalizing the Vitalizer MK2-T hardware unit and re-creating it digitally has been SPL's sole focus of late. Germany-based SPL introduced its Vitalizer Analog Code plugin, which will feature the company's filter technology and will be available in VST, Audio Units, RTAS, and TDM formats for both Macs and PCs.

According to SPL's CEO and product manager Hermann Gier, "the Vitalizer is a unique and comprehensive tool to add character and life to any music production, but especially in the digital domain. So it was not a question of whether we would release a Vitalizer Analog Code plugin. It's only been a matter of time – the final programming alone took about four months, but now even our hardware engineers are satisfied too."

Expect Vitalizer to be released in early December, 2009, with a demo / public beta version to be available one week prior to the main release. For more information, please visit the Analog Code Web site.
