SPL Transducer: All Analog Cabinet Simulator Restores Relationship With Neighbors
Already garnering users and fans like Mark Knopfler and Joe Satriani, the SPL Transducer looks like pretty much everywhere, it's going to be hot. It's a speaker cab simulator that simulates without modeling, analog to the bone, and for recording or quiet practicing applications, bears many advantages over your 4x12.
For one, it's not a burden to tote around. Don't get me wrong; I'm nearly seven feet tall, and I can bench press a barbell with two cabinets secured on either side, but I understand that not everyone has been blessed with my herculean physique.
For two, you can access a variety of options like speaker type, mic type, mic distance and more to get the sound you want without bothering the neighbors. Or you can buy your own island, like I did. You know, either way.
