Submersible Music DrumCore 3 Gives You An Army Of Drummers, Just Like Your Neighbors Always Wanted!
At Winter NAMM 2009, Submersible Music will be introducing and demonstrating DrumCore 3. The latest version of their software features a new interface, twice the amount of content and handy plugin format. Furthermore, you'll be privy to the grooves and instruments over a dozen of the industry's most renowned drummers.
Drumcore 3 comes with a library with sections for audio loops and MIDI grooves as well as a software drum instrument for Mac and PC. DrumCore operates in a variety of styles (rock, blues, metal, prog, alt-rock, pop, jazz, urban, funk, Latin, reggae, etc.) making it the ultimate session drummer in a pinch.
One of the most noticeable revamps has been to the Drumcore 3 interface which has been enhanced to make searching and auditioning easier thanks to List View. Beats, variations and fills are arranged intuitively into GrooveSets, and you can search for content by drummer, style or feel (shuffle, swing, 1/8th, 1/16th, etc.).
You'll also get a ton of expansion packs with DrumCore 3 including Basic Beats, Urban GT and packs from Matt Cameron, John Tempesta and Stephen Perkins among many, many more.
DrumCore 3 is also RTAS / AU / VSTi compatible. Its new plugin format makes for easy integration with all the wrong DAWs. LiveDrummer teechnology makes for added realism with drum rolls and cymbal performances, avoiding the dreaded machine gun effect. Finally, DrumCore Toolkit helps you import REX2, WAV, ACID and AIFF loop libraries, and it also helps in terms of building your own kits with WAV or AIFF files.
