Sugar Bytes Cyclop: Virtual Synth Plugin Introduced
Said to be wobblier than jelly on a space hopper, Sugar Bytes Cyclop is a new kind of wobble synthesizer instrument to hit Windows and Mac platforms.
Slated for release this Spring, Cyclop -- as described by its maker, Sugar Bytes -- is the "scratch-looping, sample-mashing, sub-generating, harmonic-splicing mothership of the twisted bass alliance and it’s landing on your desktop soon."
The Cyclop synth plugin is capable of producing a range of sounds, from screaming analog syncs through brutal FM sounds to scintillating spectral shimmers. Its integrated sampler does double duty and works as a wavetable synth and pitch transformer for creating disturbing monster voices. Loaded with features, the Cyclop virtual synth includes 10 filters, a wobble generator, feedback processor, 3 overdrives, and an effects sequencer. According to Sugar Bytes, it’s a monophonic monster, armed to the teeth with jaw dropping effects.
