Submersible Music

Most of the time, demo versions are far from being useful, filling up hard disk space with a load of crap that pisses you off. Submersible Music DrumCore FREE is that demo version you can actually use to write and perform songs without constraint.  

During a recent conversation with Peter Gabriel (one of many, apparently), the Submersible Music family decided that what the new DrumCore 3 really needed was a little button named after Peter Gabriel.

No, really. The purpose of the "Gabrielize" button is to re-edit drumloops to give you multiple takes of the same groove. Useful especially when you might spend too many nights in the shed.  

Kord Taylor is back with Submersible Music DrumCore3, proving once again that even a lowly guitar player can lay down some decent drum tracks. Here, he takes us through his process for building a basic track from some of the many available samples. His slicing, dicing and cheerful demeanor will have you tapping your feet in no time.  

"Genre, tempo, and tone" is the mantra of Kord Taylor from Submersible Music, as he unveils Submersible DrumCore 3. He elaborates on exactly what he means by that mantra in this part one of a three-part walkthrough-demo of the updated software instrument.

As you watch this contagiously enthusiastic rep scroll through the piles and piles of sample selections in DrumCore 3, you might find that you are actually willing to learn more about drum technique and style -- even though DC3 is so easy, you don't have to. That's what we like to call infotainment!

 

Among the many editions to DrumCore 3, including use as a plugin and twice the content, is new material from Perry Ferrell's own personal beat machine, Stephen Perkins, and Soundgarden's Matt Cameron. That's right Matt Cameron. You'll be "Temple of the Dog's Matt Cameron" before anyone starts referring to you as "Pearl Jam's Matt Cameron."  

There's a whole lot going on with Submersible Music KitCore Deluxe Version 2.0, and not in a bad way. See, if someone were like "there's a lot going in Sadr City" you assume only bad things, but whatever you do, don't associate Sadr City with Submersible Music KitCore Deluxe Version 2.0. Just don't.  

Drummers are a precious commodity in band formation, but if you haven't found one, don't fret. Submersible Music DrumCore 3 wants to help you out. John Tempesta? Matt Cameron? Stephen Perkins? Any of those names sound good to you? How about all of them? And more? This too many questions for you? What's a matter? Can't handle it? Not being given sufficient time to answer?
