Yamaha is shipping the GL1 Guitalele and FGX700SC guitar instruments.
Yamaha is now shipping two unique instruments: the GL1 Guitalele, a combination ukulele / guitar; and the FGX700SC solid Sitka Spruce top acoustic-electric guitar. Shown on left, the GL1 Guitalele is like a mini nylon-string guitar that looks and sounds like a ukulele, but features six strings and is tuned like a standard guitar.
