Taylor T3/B Turns Heads at the Taylor Roadshow

April 07, 2009
Taylor T3/B

The Taylor T3/B arrived with fanfare -- or at least plenty of fans -- in time to attend the Taylor Road Show at Chicago Music Exchange. Equipped with a Bigsby tremolo (that's what the "B" in T3/BB* stands for), this sweet semi-hollow shows that Taylor knows how to plug it in.

Owen fully enjoys his field trip as emcee, and engages Taylor's Mike Ausman in a thoughtful discussion of the T3/B's attributes. Then Marc Seal lets her fly, and this semi-hollow electric not only boasts creamy cleans . . . it sounds pretty rippin' on overdriven tones to boot.

* The extra B stands for BYOBB**
** The extra B is a typo
