TC-Helicon VoiceLive2 Means You Don't Have to Get Along with Your Lead Guitarist

May 22, 2009
TC-Helicon VoiceLive2 New York Amp Show 09

The TC-Helicon VoiceLive2 sounds quite nice in a hotel room, as we discover with new guest blogger Joe Charupakorn. We're willing to bet this vocal harmonizing pedal sounds good in other contexts as well, seeing as it can follow the tune of anything from an instrument to prerecorded backing tracks (played on an iPod, of all things).

The VoiceLive2 might just be the perfect pedal for vocalists who are either flat broke, or just don't get along very well with other musicians. Wouldn't that be most vocalists?

Visit the official TC-Helicon website or Joe Charupakorn's website for more details.

Would this work with chords played on a bass or melodic lines played on a bass?

Can the harmonies be programmed for minor, major, 5ths, 7ths, 9ths, etc.? Is there a chorus, or leslie speaker effect? Does it have an output for recording?
