March 16, 2011
Toontrack released Custom & Vintage Presets - Peter Henderson, a new sample library of presets for Superior Drummer 2.0.

Set up realistic, professional drum tracks with Toontrack Custom & Vintage Presets - Peter Henderson, a new collection of presets for the Custom and Vintage SDX expansion pack for Superior Drummer 2.0.

Joining the S2.0 Producer Presets series, Custom & Vintage Presets - Peter Henderson offers presets designed to work with the Custom and Vintage SDX. These presets tap into the more than 30 years of experience garnered by Grammy award winning producer / engineer Peter Henderson (Supertramp, Rush, Paul McCartney). According to Toontrack, these presets will sit in mixes ranging from ambient pop to rowdy rock and likely anything in between.

Toontrack offers a bit of background information on Henderson: Peter Henderson started his career at Air Studios where he trained exclusively with The Beatles' recording engineer Geoff Emerick ("Sgt. Pepper", "Abbey Road" and so forth). He also worked on numerous sessions as an in-house engineer with the legendary George Martin.

As a freelance producer / engineer, he has worked in top studios all over the world, has co-produced Supertramp's 20 million selling Breakfast in America, for which he won a Grammy (Best Engineered Album), and also worked with Paul McCartney, Rush, and many more.

If you are looking for an easy way to update your drum tracks, you will like Custom & Vintage Presets - Peter Henderson. Other S2.0 Producer Presets packs are available as well: Custom & Vintage Presets - Miles McPherson, S2.0 Presets - Bulb, Metal Foundry Presets - Andy Sneap, Music City Presets - Allen Morgan, S2.0 Presets - Allen Morgan, S2.0 Presets - Allen Morgan II, S2.0 Presets - Steven Slate.
