Toontrack EZDrummer EZX: More MIDI And Richard Devine Contribute To EZX Updates

May 22, 2008
EZX Updated

All six EZdrummer EZXs have been updated by Toontrack. All of the EZXs will include more MIDI files and copy protection is now available on the DFH, Vintage Rock and Latin Percussion EZXs.

Renowned electronic musician Richard Devine also lends a hand with some new mixer presets. Those unfamiliar with Devine's work can expect a very layered sound with lots of processing and a blend of old school and modern electronic music. Even if you haven't heard his work, you've heard his work. He has scored commercials for Nike and Touchstone Pictures.

The kits OF EZX

By: Steve Barbee

DO the kits of EZX show up like they look on the front of the box with the new Superior 2.0 window or do you have to bring pieces of it through the Xdrum function. And how does that work with somthing like the latin percussion kit shouldnt you be able to see the kit for it to hit on those paticular drum pieces if useing all of the latin pecussion kit.
