Vienna Ensemble PRO is capable of working on both Mac and PC and can host Vienna Symphonic Library instruments along with third-party VST and AU instruments and effect plugins. This 64-bit application allows you to load as many samples as your computer's RAM can accommodate. You can use Vienna Ensemble PRO as a host on the same computer as your DAW to integrate both your 64- and 32-bit instruments. Going a bigger step ahead, you can use Vienna Ensemble PRO via a master-slave solution.
