For his eighteenth birthday, Vince Lawrence was offered a car. Instead, he asked for studio time so he could cut a record. a year later, ha founded a record label. Now he's a successful producer who's credited with being one of the founders of house music in Chicago. In part two of our interview with Vince, he talks about how "On And On" changed his and his friend Jesse Saunder's lives.
