Just released from Wave Alchemy is the third in a series of Micro packs -- African Rhythms (£8.99 GBP), a sample library of authentic African percussion ensembles.

African Rhythms captures the sound of Senegal through carefully recorded West African hand drums and percussion instruments specific to the region. Featured drums include the djembe, bougarabou, sabar, kutiro, and kpanlogo.

The library's 132 percussion loops were recorded in 24-bit resolution, in tempo groups of 125, 127, and 130 bpm. According to the manufacturer, the loops are ideal for any genre of music or film score that requires an upbeat or authentic feel. Even better, all loops are 100 percent royalty-free.
