Early next year, WaveMachine Labs will release its Drumagog 5 plugin with a wave of enhancements designed to make it more intuitive and user friendly.

The drum track replacing plugin will include the following notable new features: a redesigned graphic interface that displays the most critical information when you need it most; direct plugin hosting, which will allow you to play any virtual instrument, like Native Instruments Kontakt or Toontrack Superior Drummer, from within Drumagog; the addition of Auto-Align 2.0; and Auto Hi-Hat Tracking, which automatically detects hi-hat pedal position (open/closed) in real time. Version 5 also supports multiple room samples, enabling you to dial in different amounts of room and microphone sounds.
