Wechter Guitars

As a climax to our Wechter Scheerhorn Resontor miniseries, Tony Polecastro of Old Town School Music Store plays a 6535R - the Rob Ickes signature model. While the other models were subtly different, this one's got a radically unique tone.  

Continuing our examination of the Wechter Scheerhorn resonator line, Tony Polecastro demos a 6524 Scheerhorn, and give us a side-by-side tonewood taste test.  

Tony Polecastro is the guitar buyer at Old Town School Music Store. As a fan of resonator guitars, he's been happy to be able to stock Wechter Scheerhorns, and as a lap-slide player, he was doubly happy to give GW a look at the 6510 series in action.
