Peace Love Productions - got loops?

Digitech Vocal 300 And JamMan Looper And Ibanez Digital Delay III With Bruce Lamont Of Yakuza

September 07, 2007
Bruce Lamont on his saxophone effects rig

As the saxophone player for Yakuza, Bruce Lamont must find a tone to fit with his band's hard hitting, droning sound. Digitech's JamMan, Vocal 300 processor, and Ibanez's Digital Delay III are the tools he uses.

Bruce gives us a demo of how he uses the three pedals in combination - getting a vibrato effect from the Vocal 300 while using the JamMan as a looper. For Bruce's next trick, he puts down the instrument and modifies the looping clarinet part with the Ibanez Digital Delay III. Check out this video for some soprano saxophone sounds you wouldn't believe, and check back at Gearwire.com for more on Bruce and Yakuza.
