Zildjian ZHT Series
Summer NAMM 2006: Zildjian demonstrates the power of tin with the ZHT cymbal series. ZHT stands for Zildjian Hammer Technology, the company's name for the lathing and hammering techniques used to grind and pound these things out. These cymbals also have a higher tin content than other models, providing a different flavor of tone that Zlidjian says sounds closer to that of more expensive, high-end percussion. Take a listen!
