More than just an effects pedal, the Zoom G1u is also a USB audio interface that lets you record guitar tones directly to your computer.

The G1u offers 8 modules and a collection of 67 different effects, along with a harmonized pitch shifter and long delay settings. On top of that, the sleek dashboard-like pedal / interface comes with 100 pre-programmed patches that model 1960s and 1970s sounds, plus contemporary tones in the style of select famous artists. One hundred user patches are also included so that you can program your own sounds.

Its 32-bit ZFX-3 engine delivers a boost of processing power, while its modeled sounds are brought to life by high-resolution signal processing with 24-bit A / D / A conversion and 96 kHz sampling. As an extra plus, the G1u includes a drum machine and auto-chromatic tuner.
